Oxbow Western Timothy Hay - Babies?

Can anyone tell me if its ok to give my 8 week old girls Oxbow Western Timothy Hay or should they be on something else?

Both my 11 month old girls love it but was not sure if the babies could have it too?

It's fine. My 2 week olds have been eating it since birth.
