P@H have done something good for once!

I went to P@H in southport yesterday. I wanted to buy some cocoon houses (plastic ones) for my boys so that when I re-introduce them in about 1 weeks time there would be no scent on their houses. the exisiting wooden ones would be hard to get rid of the scent.

Anyway they are normally 6.69 for the pink boutique ones. I noticed that they had that price on shelf but 4.99 stickers on them. I took them to the till and they came up at 6.69 so i pointed out they should be 4.99 per the stickers and they reduced them for me.

When I got home I noticed when i checked my receipt when I was back in preston that they had knocked 2.70 off each of them so instead of 6.69 I got them for 3.99 each!

This is the first time I have ever come out on top after visiting P@H :))
 
i know! if it was a small pet shop I would have def gone back and paid the difference but considering it was P@H and about 20 miles away I was not going to travel that far to give them back £2!

They did the same for me today :)
 
i did that .. i brought a pet boutique house for my roxy (pink ofcourse) haha! and it said £6.99 on the shelf and £4.99 on the sticker so i pointed it out to them and they gave it me for the sticker price ... and so they should when a price is on an item thats what your paying for it not some random price thrown on the shelf .. there mistakes not ours :D ... however when i went to get another when i got my girls ruby and bailey they took all them stickers of lol
