afetr a few emails and call with P@H head office they have offered to refund what i paid for the guineas and cover my vet bill, ive got to go and collect a store gift card at some point today, it duznt bring Bettie back but will come in handy for getting my boys something nice :(|):(|):(|)
 
Still waiting to hear back from them regarding refund of my vet fees so far grrr! I WILL get it...
 
i think different store work in their own little ways, as the one i got my pigs from refunded all the vets bills in cash, over £80 worth and they had no problem at all doing it, they even wanted me to let them know how my squeek was doing :)) so i couldnt fault them on that really, but i wouldnt buy any animals from them again, not now i am wiser on rescues, i even know where my local one is.......for when i expand my family :):)):)):))
 
I'd demand they give you a cash refund and make sure you tell them you're not going in there again! X
