They are still selling these balls for piggies >:(

Most stores have taken them off the shelves or at least put a sign up saying not suitable for pigs, you're best contacting head office and telling them which store still has them in O0 x

I'm not gonna bother no more as i have already emailed them >:( I give up to be honest

It doesn't matter if there's signs up - if they gave a hoot about guinea pig safety they wouldn't sell a ball with a picture of a guinea pig on it - this is what children will look at, pick up and take to their parents. They won't read the sign.

They need to go that one step further and re-design the box, thickos! ;D Sorry but it really annoys me, it's not rocket science! Why is it when it comes to animal welfare that these people are just so damn stupid?

Savic are redesigning the packaging and most P@H stores have taken them off the shelves until thats been done as i said. xx

Guinea pig was crossed out on the packaging when I looked in our local store at the beginning of the week.

I'm just going by a thread that was posted a while ago and by my locals, obviously I'm wrong! x

why is nobody doing anything about it then?! if so many stores have them? we all e-mailed P@H and they took them off the shelves or crossed out the pig on the box. Savic said they are re-designing the boxes. the thread was finished. if there are still stores with them being sold should we be e-mailing head office and stating which ones havent taken them off the shelves?

There doesn't seem to be any communication between head office and the stores. :(

Don't automatically assume people aren't doing anything.

I tackled the staff in 2 of the stores (couldn't find anyone in the third) and the response was the same... there's a sign up that says they're not suitable for guinea pigs. Yet to receive a response to my email from head office.

These threads are here to make more people aware. More people, more pressure, it's simple. It's very defeatist to suggest nothing can be done.

Ok, but when I'm told that people have been complaining and e-mailing none stop and nothing has been done i tend to assume nothing is working, the e-mail worked fine for my local store.

Haha DSL ;D ;D ;D
I don't really go in p@h anymore, only makes me angry.

Ive emailed - nothing more i want to do to be honest as i give up with them now :P cant do much more than that and i put this thread up to get people emailing them if they were angry about it :) I dont have to act when they should have already acted from the numerous amounts of emails they had before from this forum :-\

My local have a sign up and have the guinea pig crossed out so the message is getting out there but is getting it's bloody time lol :)
