My beautiful Pablo has died today after two months of illness. He died in my arms waiting in the reception at the emergency vets waiting to be put to sleep, just after we all thought he had recovered so well - when we woke up this morning he seemed like a different piggie :-(

I can't begin to explain the love and happiness he brought us every day with his piggiewife Clover, he has made the last 2 and a half years complete. Pabs was the noisest little munchkin when he wanted food, and a sucker for a cuddle. Clover & I will miss him very, very much.

Loosing this 'special' piggy is a heartache that cannot be described with words. Realy sorry for your loss......

nun night little fella xx ...

I am so sorry that you have lost your precious boy, but perhaps it is a bit of a consolation that in the end he made his own way to the Rainbow Bridge, carried on the wings of your love.

RIP Pedro

Hi All,

Thanks for your kind responses - Weibke I completely agree, it was obviously something he agreed should be done and he gave his absolute fight for the last two months. I think it will be a quiet night not waking up to guinea pig wheeking & someone noisily drinking at the water bottle...

I am so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful piggy. He had a wonderful life of love with you. Huge hugs x

Sleep Well little boy

RIP Pablo
