Hi everyone, here's day 9 of our adventures.

Cuddle time went well today, I managed to briefly brush both boys again, so they are getting more accepting of the brush. I haven't tried any nail clipping yet though. I've had two cuddles today, and mum also held the boys during floor time. They are definitely more relaxed when being held then they were last week. Our cuddles are still really brief, about 1 minute maximum, so I'm hoping to build it up over time. I've bought a cat bed which I hope to put them on and have them on my knee, so I might start introducing that to them soon. :)

They were much better with mum today, they weren't at skittish with her, and even approached her and were sniffing her legs during floor time. They had a really good explore and were following each other around. They made us laugh because they knew when it was cuddle time and went and hid under the kitchen table, where they knew it'd be harder for us to catch them, lol. Once we'd caught them though they were fine.

I was a little worried though when I held Paddy, as I noticed that his end toe on each back foot is really wobbly and looks like he can't use it. I touched each toe to check them and he didn't flinch, there's no blood, wounds or any visible damage to them, yet they looked like they were really loose. He is running about ok though, and is fine with the ramp in the cage, so they don't seem to be hindering him. Is this normal? Do you think he might have caught it on something? I've never really looked at his feet before, and I'm a bit worried.

Aww! They are coming along so well. His feet look normal to me but you can always post in health and illness to ask.

Is it normal for the end toes to be wobbly though? I've never owned piggies before so I don't know what 'normal' feet look like lol. XD Yes I'll post in Health & Illness just to be safe. :)

I posted in Health & Illness and it turns out that Paddy has an extra toe on each back foot. I'm going to monitor him, if his extra toes become loose or start to bother him then I'll take him to the vet. He seems ok for now though. :)
