My guinea pig Miley was pregnant about a year ago and ever since then she's hated being touched on her sides. It seems like some sort of discomfort or pain. Any advice?
 
I have no experience with sows and I’m sure someone more experienced will come along soon but you may want to take her to a vet just to check everything is ok. She could’ve hurt herself during birth and never have healed properly? She may just be a little conscious of her stomach now because of her previous piglets but it’s better safe than sorry :)
 
It could be that she is just conscious about them being touched but if you are worried get a vet to check her over and maybe do an ultrasound or x-ray.
 
I always work on the basis of “any concern go to the vets “
It’s best to be sure there’s nothing to worry about.
