Pale yellow thick mucus

So my dashy just got off his second course of antibiotics for a sneeze he’s been having and he is still sneezing! With this thick mucus, I was with him and he sneezed on me and it got on me, I’ll attach the pictures btw there’s no other symptoms other than this sneeze he’s happy and eating fine we’ve been having this problem for a while I juts don’t know what it is
