My piggies adore all the stuff from pampered piggies :) need some more money first before I can go ordering of them again ;D
 
Yay Alfie! Lots of piggie presents arriving for your babies today!

My PP stuff didnt come today, but my GG stuff did. Hopefully it'll come tomorrow. I'm too excited to wait longer!

What's actually in the hampers then? I'm not sure whether to get one as my piggy is only 2 months old and he's still a right little fusspot over what to eat and what not to eat! ;D
 
HI guys, so pleased that everyone is enjoying their goodies.. makes the 14hour working days worth while ;D

The hampers have a mixture of toys and treats in but too long to list so best have a peek! there is a list with each photo on the site ;)

But as your all in a festive mood there is a chance to win a huge hamper by entering the photo competition, we are looking for the piggy that looks most like a reindeer, see molly on the homepage for ideas! just send your piccy as an attachment to me [email protected]
We will start putting the photos on a special competition page early next week.

Little favour though- please if you can keep photos as small as possible as I'm on dial up out here in the sticks and high res photos take up to an hour to download ::)

;D no its me, i'm just so busy at the moment i dont have time to come on here much and i was having one of those days where everything goes wrong so though id pop on for a read and saw this lovely post :)

sadly though ive got to go make more christmas dinners for the next several hours ;D
But if you like pp now your love it next year as we have so much new stuff coming and we will start doing food and bedding very soon O0

Can't wait to see the new stuff, we are having a go at baking with one of PP kits this weekend, so I'll see what the verdict is on them.
They adore the paper bags, great fun to watch them. O0

I decided against getting a paper bag as I've just got a lone boar at the moment and I really do not want him to become even more introverted than he already is. But I am totally thrilled with all the stuff I have got and cannot wait to see new stuff next year.
 
Mine still hasnt arrived. :( I saw a DHL van in my street this morning and got all excited, but he went to my neighbours house. :(

On a happier note though, I just gave my 7 their baths with my new GG shampoos! Pepper, the scruffy wee-stained Sheltie, looks beautiful now! Normally no amount of washing or grooming will make her look nice, but posh 'n' go shampoo and conditioner has worked wonders! She's now white again! And she's totally knot free! I'd reccommend it to anyone with long-haired piggies!

When did you order it then? Mine came in three days - I was chuffed! Sure it'll turn up soon - it'll be well worth the wait! O0

Posh N Go is an excellent shampoo for the longhairs I agree :)
 
Does anyone know if the piggies can eat the baskets the treats come in?
I will email PP if no one knows.
 
They are safe to nibble but I wouldn't let mine 'eat' them :) I'm sure Sally is insured for all this though and can tell you more about it :)
 
I will ask, I wondered, as they eat / nibble the willow and stuff. :)
 
I don't think they would eat enough (as in ingest it) for it to be harmful, willow contains natural aspirin but I don't know how much the toys will contain. I stopped giving the balls as I had a sow that insisted on chewing the willow when the hay was gone - and to quite a point! I don't have time to supervise them so give bags and boxes now :)
 
Sally at PP has got straight back to me, the baskets are safe for them to nibble as long as they are supervised. So no bits breaking off can cause eye injuries etc.

They dont tend to eat the baskets just destroy them! This is fine but do supervise them and remove as soon as its falling apart as we dont want any eye injuries.
Its fine for them to eat bits too as they dont tend to scoff the lot!

Some willow is dangerous in large amounts but as trained willow weavers ourselves we have contacted a friend who is a lecturer at the Royal Horticultural Society Wisley who has done some research for us and the willow we use is safe. We have also brought some willow locally produced which has been grown on organic land so Andy and I will be making our own range of willow toys very soon.

Everything on my site is fully tested on our piggies and rabbits first for at least a month before being added to the site- we do get checks done on any materials we buy in to make our own toys too, if we are in any doubt we dont sell it hense why you wont find any plastic toys in out shop!

But as youve had to wait I'm sure your find some extra treats in your parcel next time O0

I've got really naughty piggies here, they have already finished off their Christmas Lunch from PP and are now enjoying the paper bag ;D ;D

The parcel was delivered this evening while I was at work, so they've given it to my neighbours. Will collect it in the morning! Excited!

No need to give me extras, I don't mind waiting! Am sure it will be worth it. O0 Besides, it was DHL's fault, not yours.
