I have emailed Sally twice now regarding placing an order for hay and other supplies but have not had any reply at all. I was under the impression that the shop would still be operating on a limited basis for the time being. Does anyone know if this is correct? I need some hay quite desperately and really do not want to go to another online supplier.

as far as i know she was still running shop with a smaller shop until new website is running we had a delivery from her yesterday so i know she is delivering x as she got her mobile number up on website maybe give her a ring x

Yeah I'll have to do that - am getting a bit worried now - my piggy is a right fussy monster when it comes to hay!

Don't worry The site went down for a while and orders could only be made via email, but now it's temporarily up and running again. Sally (the owner) is really nice and it's a great service O0

Sorry grommit I didn't mean to cause alarm to anyone. I too have had lots of orders from them and they're totally reliable. Their products are really good value too.

I rang up and placed an order but then the Paypal wouldn't work so have now sent a cheque ! I seem fated to have to wait for the hay and meanwhile my own Pampered Piggy is on reduced rations as I try to eke it out to last!
