It's good that you've found something they love. Just be careful with the parsley I believe it's got quite a bit of calcium.

Most herbs seem to be well received, mine always eat them first.

Glad you’ve found something they love 
just be careful of feeding them too much parsley as it’s quite high in calcium so should only be fed once or twice a week, coriander is a much better choice as they can have a sprig or two daily x

Mine adore coriander/cilantro and they have a bit every day. If they don't have any they certainly let me know about it!

Mine get parsley or dill as a treat every now and again but I fear running out of coriander would definitely make me very unpopular
