Panic Averted!

Went to check on the piggies earlier, looked in all their usual haunts and couldn't find Sam anywhere - cue panic attack as my mind races through all the possible things that could have happened whilst checking every nook and cranny of the cage! Eventually found the wee fella hiding in his christmas tunnel - completely chilled out and oblivious of my panic!

They like to make us worry dont they. My classic is when a piggie is sleeping and you cant see them breathing...you tap the cage...make a noise...nothing...then you touch them and they jump up like nothing has happened.

The worst was one of the girls was snoozing and didn't move! I was like 'OH MY GOD!!' and then Piggie woke up and gave me a right evil look!

Or when I was trying to count the Piggies and I'm missing one of them and find her hiding somewhere!

Hehe! Yes it is! I only have christmas themed ones at the moment so will need to invest in some more 'year-round' ones as they seem to have a particular preference to the cavy couture cosies and tunnels!
