Ok i know that there can have parsly as i have hard you talking about it and saying that you give it your piggs now i have been looking for agaes for some at moriisons and today i found some i jsut wont to make sure its the right stuff before i give it them its in a little plactic tub and says it is freshly cut it was next to the pasrly plants
 
hi yep thats the right one, ibought a corriander plant today for me and my pigs ;D
 
kool i will give them soom in the moring

and what do you do with them plants do you have to water them? can there eat any of that plant stuff from where there pasley is?
 
yeah if you put the plant on a saucer and keep it on your kitchen windowsil water it a little everyday/every other day keep it growing i generally just pick it of with my fingers about 2com above the pot so you dont take the root out
 
my pigs are 5 and i give it to them..they dont get it often though as i grow it myself and I'm not a fantastic gardener lol takes a while :D

ive not heard that they cant have it over a certain age..
 
i think as long as you dont give i tthem all the time like every day it will be ok mine wil be geting 2/3 times a week

Thats good. He really likes parsley and it's one of the only things that both he and the rabbit like.
 
It does have a lot of calcuim in it but is fine to feed weekly or so. Mine love it.
 
I've heard that the flat leaf variety has less calcium in it than the curly, and that therefore it's safer to feed.
 
Yep - only just heard that myself, so have switched mine over from the curly stuff completely. :)
