I had Rosie on a fleece on my knee earlier whilst brushing her. She did several poops and they smelt quite a bit. They were normal shape and weren't squishy- just smelt.

I gave her tummy a bit of a massage and she pooed some more, I wouldn't say she feels bloated though.

They have had some new hay today and some dandelion leaves but other than that their pellets, fresh veg and water has all been the same as usual.

Any ideas? Do you think it is a combination of the dandelions and hay? All the other piggies seem to be fine.

Thanks

I really dont know. I would just keep an eye on her, sounds like shes fine, just having smelly poops.

That's somewhat reassuring. Was just a little suprised as they don't normally smell. I think I will see how she is in the morning, and probably cut down their veg just in case and see if it's any better.

It takes about 22-24 hours to go from one end to the other, so what she ate yesterday would be making an appearance today, as Abi says it's usually cabbage/kale type veggies that have a potent aroma.
