Adult Guinea Pig
Unfortunately while doing medications this morning I found Pasha in her forever sleep. She would have been 3 years old in January, a very good age for a previously neglected little hybrid dwarf.
I'm greatly comforted that I was able to give her a good life for far longer than she had a bad one, when I initially collected her and her sister I wasn't expecting them to live more than a few months at already 14 months old they were very close to the average expected lifespan.
She recently developed a curve in her spine but being on metacam already it wasn't bothering her. She was at the vets just 8 days ago. I had started to think these little guys were immortal, so while obviously expected, it still came as a shock as she was otherwise so healthy and well in herself.
Sleep well little Pasha, thankyou for being such a lovely little friend over the last couple of years.

So sorry she slipped away - it sounds like you gave her a much better life x
