I have mine individually cremated and then when the ashes are returned I bury them in a pot in the garden. I rent my house so I can't bury them and so I chose to have a pot so I can take it with me when I move.

I have mine individually cremated. I have a small wooden chest with their names on where I keep them so that when I go we can all go togetherin one big box!

I live in rented flat so can't bury them and foxes are rife round here, but i have buried my birds in the garden but they were sealed in tins and buried with a brick on top! and have little stone ornaments denoting their grave...

I also have my beloved dogs ashes in his own wooden urn with his name on and a brass dog on top...

Morbid to some I know, but I feel its the least I can do after the gave me so many happy hours, in life or death I can't part with them!
I could NEVER bin them......

We buried Hazel, i took her to a lovely big park and buried her with a sunflower yesterday. :(

i have mine cremated i have a phobia of burying :embarassed: dont know why though :embarassed:

Dave my baby just died yesterday and we don't have a garden and I couldn't cope with the idea of the vet dealing with him, so me and my boyfriend went up to the woods near our house and buried him last night in his little house.

bum Ive started crying at work again!

Bury but I feel that when you find their bodies they are empty :-\ as the spirit goes free though O0 I'm not even religous but I believe this 98)

I have a memorial bit in my garden (i will get a pic) it has rabbitt statues and fairys and hedghogs and tortoises( statues!) and solar lights that glow red and green and blue in the shape of dragonflys..... i have two buns and a piggy in there.... when the wind blows the windmill i think its them saying hi!... also my other bunnys tend to sit there alot!(and my garden is huge!)

Aww what a lovely idea :smitten:

i buried my first piggy in my back garden alongside my passed hamsters and i even put flowers and alittle rockery on top as a sort of memorial garden but as i got more and more piggies i realized it would be impractical to bury them all so i take them along to my local pets at home to be cremated then i sprinke their ashes on the rockery it sounds way to sentimental doesn't it

Awwww Daves mummy - What a lovely thing to do :)
My old bunny Snowy is buried just outside my back door underneath the kitchen window where I have chimney pots with snowdrops and spring flowers in.
Snowdrops remind me of her.
If my piggies die they will be buried in their fleece blankets wrapped up like babies and put with Snowy :smitten:
I could never ever throw away a dead animal like a piece of rubbish I would never be able to live with myself :(
