Patrick has a lump and a bladder stone and an abscess šŸ˜”

It's good you know what you're doing @weepweeps , you're not going to give Patrick the wrong dose.

Thank you.

The label says give half a tablet twice a day.

But I read the going home info sheet the vet says 10mg dose.

Most people would not bother to read that. šŸ™

Morning. He’s up and munching veggies. ā¤ļø

All seems well at the moment. I’ll be off to the vets soon to sort out the antibiotics. Then I’ll flush it.

He’s eating very slowly but I’m happy he has an appetite.

A side note - the vet won’t give me Zithromax. She said it’s a ā€œtop shelfā€ antibiotic.

So I hope the antibiotic she has given me is strong enough. It could be a 6-8 week course. It’s Quiflor (marbofloxacin).

Up and munching is a good sign.
I hope the antibiotics are strong enough but know you'll be monitoring him closely for any signs that indicate otherwise šŸ¤—

So pleased that he is up and about and eating! We had a bad experience with zithromax with Bramble, completely knocked him off his food! Hope everything goes well, thinking of you x
