Pea eye or hay poke?

hello! new to the forum and looking for some advice -- my girl Miso has developed some sort of eye infection. it's a pink protrusion in the upper corner of her eye (bigger than it looks in this pic), but doesn't seem to be hurting her. From some google searches it looks like fatty/pea eye or hay poke, but i'm unsure. anyone recognize this type of infection?

Please see a vet; it is definitely not a hay poke, nor is it fatty or pea eye, which affects the eye in the area that is right across!
It looks like either a bit of a prolapsed tear gland or conjunctiva.

Wiebke was right -- it's conjunctiva got some eyedrops and she's looking a bit better now thankfully
