I know it is not long since you lost Honey I am really sorry you are having a rough time

It possibly could be, but please get Daisy to a vet to be checked over. Many issues can cause what you see around the eye so they need to be ruled out.

Thank you.
I took her to the vet lest week for a check up but I never mentioned her eyes and he said she was fine :/

What sort of things could cause this?

Do you mean the little white patch? It doesn't look like it to me but it could be very early stages. I have a couple with it due to their heart issues and it is a lot more pronounced.

Yes i mean the white area around the black of her eye. I have just looked back at photos and i have ones from over a year ago and she has the white bit there. I don't know if I am just becoming paranoid about everything after what happened to Honey. Do you think it could be related to heart issues?

I think you may possibly be being a bit paranoid.

Yes it can be a symptom of a heart issue but not always. Does she have any laboured breathing? does she nod as she breathes? I think it is unlikely though that she has a heart issue, you would have noticed other issues.

Phew! No symptoms at all. Just a bit quieter but i expect that now that she is alone.
Thanks so much for putting my mind at rest. I am just trying to keep a very close eye on her (maybe too close!)
