Any opinions on what this could be? Dobby is two, I saw this recently and was told it was pea eye. Dobby doesn’t act uncomfortable, ill, or seem to be in any pain. I have rubbed his eye with a warm rag, inspected his eye. All seemed to be well but I’m still scared.

Hi!
Please see a vet. It looks like a conjunctivitis or chlamydia infection to me; but it requires a hands-on examination and the appropriate medication. We can only ever make an educated guess, like any online place, but cannot replace a vet trip.

Pea eye does affect the lower lid at the back and is not uncommonly seen in older guinea pigs.
