Pea shoots

My girls have just discovered pea-shoots and they absolutely adore them, nearly as much as coriander. Now I know they are high in vit-c but are they a frequent greenstuff or something that should be fed more as a treat. Thanks

everything i've found has said yes to the bean shoots the one you use in stir fries..........hope that helps
