I've been struggling with trimming my Penny's hair near her delicates - finally getting the hang of it but she protests too.

It used to terrify me when I had to go near there and she screamed. Now I've realised she's just a massive diva and give her a treat afterwards for being such a good diva.

Nothing you ever do will please them... even scattering parsley leaves over a plumped up cosy bed would not raise a piggy eyebrow.

Sounds like my experience. You'd think I was truly traumatising her, the way she chunters, grumbles, does little mini-squeals, wriggles and jumps. But the moment I stop she's all calm and looking for the coriander, which she knows she's about to have for 'being a good brave piggy' (which she hasn't been at all!).
