Peanut Butter Has Finally Realised What A Hammock Is For

My boys have always used their hidey hammocks just as hideys. Even though I've tried putting them on top they just jump off & go in underneath. Here is what they usually do with them.




I was cleaning out the day's poop around the hammock Peanut Butter was hiding under when PB took fright, ran over & jumped ON TOP of the hammock Hazelnut was hiding under. PB so liked it he stayed there long enough for me to take a photo. Hazelnut was so squished in the corner I couldn't get a decent photo of the rather surprised look on his face. Here is PB demonstrating what a hammock is really for.

Haha, silly pig. I wonder what Hazelnut was thinking. Perhaps, "Get off me, Peanut Butter!" or maybe "Hmm...why is the top of the hidey suddenly seem heavier?"
 
Aww so cute! I love the pic of them snuggled and hiding inside but it's so nice to see when they finally suss a hammock out :)
 
awww, PB is especially cute! my Peach does the same thing with the fleecy tunnel-she lies on top of it when Scout is squished inside!
 
I've never tried the boys with a hammock as I didn't think they'd ever venture on top to use it! Wyatt is quite the climber though so I might have to look into it now...

There's no stopping him now! Once PB learns a trick (like tipping his food bowl) he keeps at it. Here he is again on top of the hammock. This time managed to catch a surprised Hazelnut squished inside.
 
Aww, I love that recent pic you posted. You're right, that is a rather surprised look on Hazelnut's face!
