New Born Pup
No but I will be getting another piggie soon for sure! Thank you for the advice! Its a bit harder to tell given it isn’t absorbed into anything and the colour of the cage coming through it may also be having an affect on the picture But oxidised urine can go a rusty colour
it’s always a good idea to have new piggies vet checked anyway, so I would keep an eye on it and ask your vet.
does your new piggy have another piggy to live with?

Okay thank you!do keep an eye on the pee and speak to a vet.
definitely do! Young piggies should never be alone, their social needs are so great. You will need to ensure character compatibility (it’s the most important part of a successful bond - you can’t just put two piggies together and assume everything is going to be ok for the long term. Any bonding needs to be done by the correct procedure) so if possible them try to speak to a rescue centre about finding a new friend as they can help ensure a good bond
