I’m trying to find the best pellets for my piggies I was hoping for suggestions and things I really don’t want in the food and if there is a store Online that carries the pellets it would be nice if you added that in thanks

Ok I use oxbow baby guinea pig pellets but I do want something mostly natural

You should find this link helpful. The grainfree ones are thought to be best but there are fors and against all, it is really a case of personal choice. I prefer JR Farm grainless which you can get from Zooplus but the postage makes them expensive unless you want other things. I am currently feeding Science Selective grainfree (cheapest I found online at VetUk) and Burgess mint (not grainless but recommended by my vet). Pellets should only make up a very small amount of the daily diet, mine get 10gm per day.

I use JR Grainless and Versele Laga and mix them, they're both a grain free pellet. I would definitely recommend going grain free, most animals (like piggies) wouldn't eat grain in the wild and in some cases with some animals (cats especially) things like wheat can actually make them unwell as their bodies are not designed to process such things.

I would always recommend a wheat free diet for any animal, it's used as a cheap filler and not to benefit the animal in any way. Your best bet is to go for a feed that is mainly grass, perhaps with herbs like Rosewood Naturals. As nuggets are only 5% of their diet they don't need a lot, but the more natural the better :)
