Penelope Is In Heat/ In Season

(I didn't know where to put this thread, but it's medical so I'm putting it here)
Penelope is a 3 year old sow. Today I was playing with her and my boar, Guinea. I noticed Penelope started flaunting her bum at him and spreading her legs. (Thankfully he was NOT interested) Penelope also was being more irritable.
I decided to check her lower region and discovered that she was in season. Her nipples have gotten very large and her vagina was open.

Should I expect anything else from her? This is the first time she's ever been in heat since I've gotten her three months ago.

You said luckily your boar wasn't interested, does that mean that he's not neutered? If he's not, please, don't let them be together again, because Penelope can get pregnant, even if you think you're quick enough to avoid it, the chances of getting an unwanted pregnancy are quite high!
