Penis problem!

Help! I’ve just picked up my Texel boar and his bits look like this? How can I fix this? He sometimes gets hair stuck in there but I keep it short to stop it happening. Does he need a vet?

I’ve just had another look and the penis has now gone in. I can’t express it much to get a look at the whole thing

From what I can get out there is nothing up there. I’ve never seen these prongs before

If it’s gone back in then it is likely fine - It doesn’t look sore or swollen in the picture
