Penny & Pickles had an outdoor adventure eek!

Soooo...I have bought Penny and Pickles a nice new run to play in outside in the grass. They had never been outside when they were with my step sister, so to be fair it was all new and a bit scary for them.

They were in the run for a few hours and would not move from the corner, so I decided it was probably time they were moved into their new hutch that my husband and I had been getting assembled for them while they were meant to be running around in the run.

Little did I know Pickles had other ideas and decided that she was going to make an escape into our (fairly overgrown) flower bed, causing me to nearly have a heart attack! Luckily the husband was on hand, as he seems to be the only person who can catch the beggar when she goes on escape missions (yes she is a naughty piggie rolleyes and ridiculously speedy!).

Hopefully no Pickles escape missions out of the hutch tonight :{

My Hazelnut escaped twice on me into the garden shrubbery. I had to put on gloves and goggles to protect myself from all the branches poking me while trying to retrieve him. Now I pick him up in a cuddle sack and put him down with it in the run.

My Jasper has a habit of making a run for it too! its so scary how fast they go!

haha this made me giggle I just googled cuddle sacks, they look ideal. Something I will be investing in next payday me thinks!
