Yes I have removed doors and put Lino in the bottom so it's water proof the rescue center loved it lol

That is a brilliant idea and just goes to show you dont have to shell out loads of money to keep a piggie with enough room I bet they love it! I'm not suprised the rescue loved it - loads better than a 120cm Ferplast cage for them! Where on earth do you put a 6 foot wardrobe on its back though?! That would be my problem. I use two ferplasts joined together with a metal run attached and they jump in and out. Its a bit cobbled together but I have to be able to easily move the whole lot upstairs reasonably regularly when my parents come with their rabbit and guinea pig eating dogs
