Does anyone know the guinea pig dosage

Can't find any reference to dose for guinea pigs, but it may be worth asking your vet if it is safe!

And this includes such common “antidiarrheals” as Imodium, Kaopectate, and Pepto Bismol. For one, they can be toxic to your pets — especially Kaopectate and Pepto Bismol in cats. But also because, depending on the cause of your pet's diarrhea, these medications may do more harm than good.7 Aug 2015

Sorry I don't know dosage for Pepto-Bismol, though the dose for gripe water (baby stuff, pink label) is 1ml every few hours.

Please see a vet promptly if you have a guinea pig with acute diarrhea or recurring digestive problems. Do NOT treat with human medication on spec; many have been found to do more harm than good. Take any piggy off fresh food and step in with watering and syringe feeding if necessary. Make sure that you keep any piggy with acute diarrhea hydrated; in a bad case it may need subcutaneous fluids.

The Peter Gurney page is unfortunately no longer up to date in the many areas, and some advice has to be used with caution, especially any self-medication.

Please seek professional veterinary advice and do not treat on spec with over the counter medications.
