Today when I've poo picked, this morning and when I've just brought them in for the day, I've noticed that half of the poos are mini versions of a normal poo. They're perfectly formed but just half the size of normal poo.
My two piglets (ginger & noodle) have been eating normally as far as I'm aware.
I weigh them and they definitely aren't loosing weight! Currently 1.034 and 1.074, noodle being heavier and dominant sow.
It's not both of them as half the poop is normal, half miniature.
They have a hay bed so constant access to hay and water, lots of veggies and grass. Too many treats but I'm a feeder and they like being fed!

Do I need to worry?

As long as there is no weight loss or change in behaviour, there is no reason to worry; hopefully the poos are normal again tomorrow. It can be just a tiny blip in the digestion.
Please weigh daily at the same time for another couple of days.

Thank you, will do. If it's the same tomorrow I can sepearte them on Tuesday for a couple of hours to find out who it is.

Please be aware that guinea pig digestion is a bit more complicated than you think; guinea pigs digest everything twice. They eat the poos from the first round. What you see is the poos from the second round. These activities obviously happen at different time, hence why guinea pigs actually don't poo constantly and why it takes a day or two between food intake and visible poo output.

If the small poos continue, it would be worth to establish which one it is. Just don't expect wonders!

I'm pleased to report we're back to normal, thank you wiebke for your advice.
I also think I know what the issue was! A treat on a stick! Noodle (dominant) wolfed it down a couple of days before.
My little girl put another one in their cage yesterday and they haven't touched It? I think I'll stick to pea flakes and apples as treats
