Peri's Recovering From Her Op

Peri had a small cyst removed from her back and a large lump removed from under her arm by the wonderful Simon. She's now home and recovering.

She's a little quiet, so I'm hoping a visit from Martha & Rose will perk her up a bit and get her eating.

Peri was very quiet last night and this morning, but she started munching around lunchtime, and at dinner time I brought Martha & Rose in to see her and she sprung to life! The three of them have been happily munching away, and Peri is much happier (a little too happy...there's been a lot of brrrr-ing and mounting going on )

Martha and Rose will need to be heading home shortly though - the 'hospital wing' is way too small for three piggies! Not looking forward to collecting all the poops and soggy towels this evening

She's doing really well. I was a bit concerned about her initially as she was very quiet and wouldn't eat, but it was just because she was missing Martha & Rose. As soon as they came in for a visit, she was fine.

She's on metacam, and I did notice the first day or two she was quite uncomfortable. Wound is healing nicely, and she's off for her checkup this evening!
