Hi I had a quote for 4 guinea pigs from exotic pets and it was £29.00 per month. That covered £2,000 in vet bills a year.

Exotic Direct are the only company to insure guinea pigs (that we know of). https://www.exoticdirect.co.uk/
They allow up to two guinea pigs on each policy. A few forum members are with them.

I've insured with them, got a quote for two boys, left it and two days later got an email offering 15% discount. I now pay £14/month for them. Would rather have it and have the peace of mind!
