Would be interested to see any northampton guinea pig owners views on this
well i went in there once looking for nuggets. After getting simon I'm the vets next door to clip my old boars front teeth. She replied hes just a rip off rich man and that she could do it out the back herself. She may be good, but i wouldnt trust it as i dont know her. And i went to a vet because obviously hes qualified to do itCan I ask why? Is there an issue with the shop?
ahhh okay, it sounds like she's a little bit sore about something and bad mouthing out of jealously or a previous dispute.well i went in there once looking for nuggets. Yea seems that way, she doesnt sell guinea pigs which is good, but she has about 5 pairs of her own on display, 1 pair she put literally 1/4 of a bag of kale in just for a treat. She seems very oldskool. I probably shouldnt say anymore incase someone on here is friends with her, or even worse shes a memberahhh okay, it sounds like she's a little bit sore about something and bad mouthing out of jealously or a previous dispute.
I guess the point is, that vets do train very hard to understand a myriad of animal anatomy over a long period of time, and kudos to that profession. This lady however, no matter how old and knowledgeable won't be covered by insurance to carry out such practices whereas vets are.
Sounds like a sad lady.![]()
