Pets at home - delivery cages

Hi,
After nearly 4 weeks 2 broken cages, and nothing but frustration from Zooplus ive decided to get a nero from pets at home.

Has anyone had one delivered and was it properly wrapped up (and not broken). I dont want to go through the whole cycle again ..................

I've only had deliveries from zooplus, and touch wood, my stuff has all arrived in one piece up to now. I hope you don't have to wait too long, it sucks waiting for things you really wantmallethead xx
 
Hi, I recently got my nero 4 from pets @ home and the delivery was very quick, the box was all secure and the cage was fine and had everything with it that should have been in there.

I bought a cage from zooplus a while ago, the box was battered, and the bed/hay rack/water bottle/food dish etc was missing it tooks months of complaining to get some of the things and in the end i didnt get everything i just got a hay rack and water bottle.

I'd recommend pets @ home for anyone else buying a cage :)
