My girls have decided that they now love the Oxbow Western Timothy Hay, which is fine by me. But I don't have much left, so ordered some more this morning. It'll arrive Monday and I definitely don't have enough to last until then. Have found the above mentioned on the internet and was thinking it may do until the other stuff arrives. Has anyone tried it and what did your piggies think to it?

Thanks!

Mine love it, in fact more than the Oxbow though they do eat both. I am finding it is changing in quality from bag to bag at the moment though.

Thanks Helen, I'll try it then. I've bought other Timothy hay before, but they haven't liked it. This one looks very similar to the Oxbow though, so fingers crossed.

Mine love it too (it's not Pets at Home brand - you can buy it online) but I agree with Helen that the quality is varying by bag at the moment

I need it tomorrow though! The girls will have almost faded away without their new favourite hay!

I love the fact they give you an hour time slot for delivery too.

I use the P @ H timothy hay and have found it fine - my guinea pig loves it.

Oh yes, we had the Alfalfa King brand timothy hay once, and the guineas adored it. When I tried to get some more some time ago, it never seemed to be in stock (from the Hay Experts). So I got Oxbow instead, and the pigs were not impressed!

My girls love the alfalfa king brand, they go wild for it I tell you!
I have found it can be dusty when the 'bitty' part get to the bottom, but 3/4 or more of the bag is lovely, nice long, and dry hay!

My boys love it, they actually now won't eat other brands of timothy! I'm off after work to buy another bag as they're refusing to eat the other type I've bought!

Mine love it but its not cheap and travels from america. They only get it once in a while as I'm a mean mummy lol
