They now have new shaped bags and they said their just compacted differently.

It only fills up half of the hay box we have..

Half the hay for the same price.

Grrr
 
Oh no! That's such a shame. Maybe time to look at online stockists of Timothy hay? Unfortunately this is how companies work now. They try and hide the fact that there's an increase in the cost of living by producing smaller products for the same price rather than increasing the cost. I brought a pack of double deckers recently and I swear they have made them single deckers from when I last had one

Well I was in the shop and was asking about the hay.

They said they are aware of it and they raised it with head office
