I went out to the shed earlier this week to find poor Philip curled up in the hay. He’d been fine the evening before and all the other boys were ok so I think it was most likely his heart :(

Phil and William came to live with us last spring when their owners went to live on a boat. We think they were about 3 or 4 at the time. Although it was a horrible shock to find him I’d like to think he didn’t feel any pain and just fell asleep.

I’ll miss you Philip! I’ll miss your twitchy ear and your teeth nibbling my fingers. You won’t be harassed by naughty Willy anymore! Go and find Rodney and Big G x x x

I'm so very sorry to hear about Phil What a handsome boy he was. He may not have been with you long but I'm sure he packed a lifetime of memories into his time with you. Run free at Rainbow Bridge Phil and I hope you find a nice lady companion to have lots of fun with..

Phil was a brilliant piggie, so mischevious and eager to explore round my flat when I was lucky enough to borrow him for a week.

One of the funniest times was when I let him out for a wander one morning before I went to work and I was drying my hair in my bedroom and he just wandered on in from the lounge, bold as brass. Walked all the way round my bed as if he owned the place then straight under the bed! Took ages to coax him out with some cucumber, it was hilarious how bold he was!

I'll miss his flicky ear and the way he runs half as fast a William down the hall and can't keep up.

Have fun over the rainbow bridge Phil, go find Rodney and Jack and Big G and relax x
