Can anyone give me any advice on photographing very dark/black piggies. I have taken some really good pics of all my piggies, but I have two baby boys, a little rex? and an aby? that I am going to be putting on the rescue thread soon, to find forever homes, but I don't seem to be able to get detailed photos, they just look like blobs. (Theyre not, they are very small and very cute) I have a good camera from father christmas but mostly my pics are taken on my phone which is good too. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. x:)

Only thing I can think of is a lot of light and on a white/cream backdrop

I take any of Molly in natural light. Did the same with Sooty. I hate flahes think it makes photos look 'cheap' unless done right and on black piggies they tend to end up with white bits. I take pics with her sitting on the couch with the window behind me so the light is shining onto her.

Outside in daylight, perhaps on the grass, around 12PM afternoon might work! It's so tricky photographing black piggies!
