Photos of my babies bits lol. Can you help?

Hi all just after a bit of help with sexing my baby guineas as I have no experience of this and due to taking on a pregnant sow I now have four little ones that if boys need to leave their mom real soon. I have spoken to my vet who told me It would cost nearly £80 to sex all 3 and thats the only vets I trust with guineas in my area. It may be a case of needing to as I am struggling to sex them as they all look the same to me :red and I dont think my photos are good enough but thought it was worth a shot to show you lot to see what you think. Does anybody now anyone local to the cannock area that could help me such as a rescue as I would offer a small donation for help. £80 is a hell of a lot of money so close to christmas :(. Please let me know what you think and if the photos arent good enough please let me know and ill try again. Many thanks for looking. PS I cant get anything to pop out so if theres anytips on this please. (if their boys that is).

I cant edit that post but it should say all 4 babies not 3.
 
I would say that you rather have girls on your hand, but I wouldn't swear on it! They all seem to have a girlie v-shape.

The RSPCA Walsall is your closest rescue. Some of their fosterers live in and around Cannock (I picked up Nerys and Nia from there).

If you wouldn't mind driving a little distance, you could pm alcesterpigs and ask him for help. He has all the experience you can wish for!

Thanks I did think they all looked girl like but because they are all the same (or so I think) I cant compare if you get what I mean. I have tryed on all to get something to pop out but I cant. How easy would it be on a 3 week old male? Ive phoned the rspca but they said I need to see a vet.

You have 4 girls there!
IF you have any boys they would have a i shape (Straight line and circle - doughnut shape at the top)

Definately all girls you lucky thing. x

I had that same problem with my two female babies back in 2004 when I started out... Because they were so different in character, I was SURE that they must be different sexes! mallethead Yours look all the same to me!

Your best bet would be alcesterpigs. AP is not too far from you and has decades of experience.

You think so to? I am so hoping it is as it means they can all stay together. :))


I have looked all over the internet but they all look girl like to me so I thought I was doing it wrong.

i agree with this,none of them look like boys to me,in that case you are so lucky to have all four turn out girls! i would get them all sexed at the vet to make sure x

What area is alcesterpigs from?
 
I would say you have 4 girls too. At 3wks old a baby boars penis should come out when the area is gently pressed :)
 
Have a look at the cavyspirit pictures, the three weeks pictures from piggy Nr. 5 and you get exactly your girls!

How old is this pig at the time of the photo being taken. None of mine look anything like that! Thanks for sharing.
