Thank you! She seems to be feeling a little better after Day 3 of Doxycycline, however I noticed she hasn't pooped since I cleaned her cage at around 8:30 pm, it's now 5:40 am, I just gave her a dose of her medicine, checked her cage and she still has not pooped. Do you think I should call her vet when they open?

Yes I would as that is a long time for her to go without pooping.
 
I made an appt, she was suppose to have already been seen, but her vet had an emergency and I don't like the vet that's covering for him, so she has to wait another hour. But now she's pooping fine! So weird! Her appetite is back to normal too, she's been eating her pellets and right now she's eating her hay. After I saw her poop, I said good girl! And she started popcorning!:)

Quick update on Jellybean: we just got home from the vet, her weight is normal, she hasn't lost any weight since Tuesday(when she was initially diagnosed with the URI) She's back to pooping and eating normally, but the vet had me take home critical care and wants her to have 12cc twice daily, just to be on the safe side.
