Oh no, but well done for taking her on.
Fingers crossed it is a small litter and all goes well for Mum and babies.
At least she is in good hands now and will receive proper care.
And seeing her in that gorgeous fresh cage was wonderful - I bet she can't believe her luck!

ive just gone and got her fresh dandilions and grass now shes just sat in the corner of her cage I can see babies kicking out at the sides bless her :( not sure how long she has left though x

You have done a very good deed for this little lady. What are you calling her?

I have no idea I need some name suggestion's if anyone has any :P

So pleased she has come to you.Fate maybe? What about lucky or kismet (think it means fate)Or clover (as in lucky clover)

Poor little soul. Glad she's safe now. She looks like she's landed in her feet and will have a great life. You could call her Hope. ;)

Welcome Hope!
Hope all goes well with the rest of her pregnancy. So lovely to see her in that fresh clean cage.

thankyou :) I put a friend in with her today there both cuddled up together. think she was lonely.. I went to pick her up but she wouldent let me before she just stayed there to let me pick her up..? not sure if that's a sign shes due to give birth or its that she don't feel like it and wants to be left alone.. I will not pick her up anymore unless I really need to . x

Maybe you could post on the pregnancy section, there are lots of experienced people on here so they can tell you if that is a sign she might be due soon? That's lovely she has a friend now.

It could be that she's uncomfortable from the pregnancy and therefore not wanting to be handled.
It could also be that she feels that little bit less terrified and is therefore able to run away and protest to being picked up. Often guinea pigs seem nice and tame and easy to pick up initially purely because they're so terrified they freeze in the hopes you will lose interest and walk away and leave them alone.

still waiting I think shes fed up and ready now bless her!
