Picking Up On Stress?

As some of you here know, I've been launched into a rather stressful house move situation which has really cut me up.

Since I found out about everything going on, Freddie's heart beat has noticeably increased. It started at the same time.

I'm very anxious, distressed and stressed. Freddie is fine in every other way... could he be picking up on my problems?
