Along with hay and pellets, I've been feeding my piggies lots of veggies. He's turned his nose down to SO many, I'm surprised.

Likes: leafy lettuce (different kinds), green bell pepper, cilantro, parsley, carrots

Dislikes: Cucumbers, zucchini, blueberries, banana, red bell pepper, celery (he will eat this is everything else is gone)

I'm worried he won't get all the vitamins he needs and I'd love to find something he really loved. Any suggestions on high vitamin C veg they can eat often?

Edit: I am currently feeding him a bowl of mixed veggies in the morning, 1/8 cup of pellets at lunch time + fresh hay, and a bowl of mixed veggies + fresh hay before bed

I've yet to meet a guinea pigs that likes Zucchini ( Courgette).

If he's eating Green bell pepper , cilantro ( coriander) and parsley - I wouldn't worry as this means he is getting some veggies that contain Vit C .

To me, the best veg to keep persevering at are the veg listed as daily veg in this thread ...

Recommendations For A Balanced General Guinea Pig Diet

It would be useful if you could get him to eat a small piece of Spring Green as this has magnesium in it .

Great advice. What is spring green? I think we might call it something different in the states.

Edit: Also, can he be fed carrots and celery every day?

Celery can be fed every day - but it's not a good idea to feed carrot every day . Carrot is quite high in sugar It's also high in one of the vitamins ( I'm unsure which one - it's A or E) and therefore not good g for guinea pigs in large quantities.

Oh dear :( I've been feeding Queso quite a lot of carrots the last few days. I'll make sure to cut them back big time. It's just one of his fav foods. Thank you! I couldn't find info on carrots for piggies.

Piggies can be as bad a hoomans in that they don't always eat what is good for them !

I would also say he might need a bit more time.
Our lot didn't eat celery or cilantro (coriander) at all for the first few weeks, and now they love the stuff.
Just keep presenting small amounts of everything, and he might develop a taste for things over time.
