Pig friendly neighbours

Just thought I'd tell everyone what lovely neighbours I have :) Neither of them have any animals but seem to love mine.

I'm really lucky as my neighbours on both sides love gardening and both have very large veggie patches. I'm always getting bags of various leaves, carrot tops etc put over my fence and today one of them was removing all his broccoli plants and he brought the whole lot round! Loads of lovely broccoli bits and leaves - piggies were really chuffed with their supper.............

Aren't some people lovely ......................

Wow! Those are some fantastic neighbours! Would it be weird to give them piggy poop back? It would be a nice pellet fertiliser!

Maybe just bake a cake... :))
 
Yes and I want your neighbours they sound lovely! I hope the piggies gave them a cuddle in return for the broccoli :))...

I love nice people aren't enough of them about these days :(.
 
That's really great - pity you can't give them a cuddle like your pigs! :))

Your neighbours sound lovely! And your piggies are very lucky to get treats like that!

Glad they don't think you're bonkers, it sounds like you're out in your gardens at the same time at some points in the day...
And by that I mean...
How many times have they caught you talking to your piggies? :(|)
 
thats really great to hear..

i dont get on with minerolleyes on the left of me they are in there 50s and have older children who live away and dont have any pets well i say that they did have 2 cats that i think are now straysgrrrr when my kids ball goes over the fence they wont give it them backgrrrr they throw it in the nettles so my kids cant get it..or if my dogs toys went over when the kids were playing fetch they burst themgrrrr he even through my exbat hen over the fence when she got into there gardengrrrr thankfully she was ok..


the other side has a dog and breeds Australian finches i think they aremallethead we get along but he just thinks I'm mad for having so many animals:(|) but he is giving me his 10ft,12ft shed soon:)) so he isnt that bad really but his house isnt joined on to our house unlike the neighbours on the left lol

Nice neighbors! My dad grew veg for them last year but no longer has the time. I might have to ask my neighbor with the allotment if he'd be so kind ...
 
Could you ask him to come and live next door to me please :)

1 side seem to hate us and never stop arguing with eachother and other side has lots of noisey dogs...my dog loves to wander up to the fence just long enough to start them all off when they're in their pen and then sods off and leaves us all with the noise lol
 
They sound lovely!
My Grandad comes out every Tuesday lunchtime with a bag of dandelions, bless him! The pigs wheek like mad when they see him :)
My neighbours are both lovely, thankfully! I am hamster-sitting their hamster Marlin in July - so excited!
