Junior Guinea Pig
Today I had to put my beautiful beloved Pig to sleep. His ulcerated tumor bled again on Sunday, but this time was different. This time he did not bounce back and was so limp from blood loss... it was aweful. And then no appetite, so instead of allowing the situation to worsen for him, I decided to have him put to sleep. This was the first time I’d ever experienced such a thing, it was hard to do but I felt it was best. I had already decided tumor removal was not a good option so I just pampered him thru his illness and then today I let him go. Thank you for the wonderful guinea pig forum, it has been useful to me.
