Pig Won't Eat And Is Hungry

my yard is all made by plasters :( in malta is hard to find a yard that has real grass.... for the vitamin I was giving him lots of carrots and fresh veg , i think I'm gonna give him some extra vitamines now , i didn't think about that ugh >___< better late than never ....
In fact also in Rome it is all burnt now, but there are some buildings here who water their beautiful gardens twice a day and the grass is very good.
Carrots are rich of sugars and very poor of vit C (9mg/100g). There are charts in Guinea Lynx which make a list of the richest food; for example red bell peppers (190mg), parsley (133mg, but it is rich of oxalate, dangerous for kidneys), spinach (too oxalates)... and so on.
Fresh grass is rich of vitamins, too; good pellets have supplements of vit C, but when in contact with the air this vitamin is easily oxydated. If you prefer a little supplement, don't use the effervescent tablets, because this vit disappears after some minutes in the air and in the light.
Let's say: a proper diet does not need any supplement... the reason why I prefer giving a very little extra of vit C is only for being on the safe side and for doing with them what I do with myself (the amount suggested is 40mg/kg a day and the excess goes out with the urine...).

Listen just a extra thing ... I always wondered is his back normal ? Is it supposed to be anatomically with this fur less spot ?

Hi! Please switch to weighing your guinea pig daily at the same time instead of weekly whenever you feel that something is not quite right. Start offering top up food via syringe if your guinea pig has lost more than 50g. That is also the time you should book a vet appointment. Unfortunately you cannot control by eye just how much guinea pigs eat, especially as they digest their food twice.

Over 80% of the daily food should be unlimited hay; the silica in it is what keeps the back teeth ground down, the front even and self-sharpening, and the intestines working at optimum. No wood chewing needed with a good diet!
A balanced vegetable diet (see the sample diet photo in our diet guide) and some pellets (not the kind of dry mix you are feeding, but the ones that look all the same) make up the rest.
You will find this guide here very helpful. It is very detailed and tells you exactly what you can feed how often: Recommendations For A Balanced General Guinea Pig Diet

That last picture looks like his grease gland; it should normally not be as bald. You may also want to check whether he has got hay mite eggs or dirt in the fur.
