Piggie dumped

Sadly i was told today by a friend that she read a report that some horrible person dumped 7 piggies in a box on a walking track. Poor little things 3 had to be pts :'( :'( :'( And we've had weather in excess of over 30 degrees so it's been boiling hot, i cry when i think about this :'(
I believe the article is in our local newspaper. Why oh why do people do these things >
They are being rehomed :smitten:
I just hope the horrible person that did this no longer breeds their little piggie >

Poor piggies. Thankfully a happy ending for the ones saved, i'm sure all our piggies are looking after the other little ones at the bridge. :'( They will learn playing and all sorts there.

:tickedoff: People are so awful. How on earth could they do that? If they were attacked by something they would have nowhere to run. If it rained and the box filled with water they could have drowned. If nobody noticed then they could have died a slow death from no food or water. I wish we had some way to moniter who can and can't have piggies, they didn't even bother to take them to a rescue or dump them at a petstore. Truly dispicable. :tickedoff:

I truly believe if as parents you instill love and respect for animals and show them how much you care about them as well as wildlife , they too will be animal lovers obvioulsy a lot of parents dont give a damn and raise little monsters who think its fun to harm animals, I can honestly say my 5 kids all adore animals and my grandaughter is being brought up to love them and protect them from harm, shame not all parents give a monkeys, Liam my 17 year iold was inconsoilable when he thought he had killed a bunny it run off unharmed but it shook him up now Bev knows what a little sod he is but his love of animals shone through and for that I have done my job
