Just wondering as its getting hotter and we have a piggie that resmbles a Bog Brush (gizmo) is it a good idea to trim his fur so he doesnt get overly hot if so can any of you wonderful people advise? Also have any of you heard of a product called 'rock sulphur' supposedly designed as a water additive to help cool hot pigs and animals down any ideas on dosage as its suitable for all animalls ellegedly but only says 'add a brazilnut sized piece to animals water' not defferentiating between horses down to hamsters =/

Hi love :)
nooo idea on the rock sulphur.......hopefully somebody that's experienced will do so soon!

as far as the trim.......i endorse it...........i thru summer give Velvet some pretty severe hair cuts, much to her disgust rolleyes she has loooong hair i carefully comb/brush thru her hair then section by section thin it out, just like a hairdresser would, honestly if you have probs speak to a lovely hairdresser or a dog / cat groomer ask for a few tips (remember to apply for timid pigglies)

will try that Giz is quite the charmer though and very outgoing now rocky no longer picks on him :) hopefully timidness won't be an issue

I just found some on Ebay and on the packet it says for all animals :)
