it's shocking. P@H sold the item and are looking into it. The woman said she reported it last week and the "toy" is still on sale.
Piggie is ok but cost £113. Bill from vets

Eek - I have one of these, albeit for my rabbits at the moment, but one is a dwarf bunny and probably the same size as my piggies so will move it immediately. Thanks for the tip @David Pet Lover - have you added it to the dangerous toys and accessories thread?

I have two of these (haven't used them in a while to be fair) but I can see how this can happen with smaller pigs Poor piggy!

I had one of these but it started falling apart so I threw it in the bin.I'm glad I did, poor piggy.
